Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

Peptide Point ships within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union, provided that the destination is expressly available as a shipping country during checkout.

Shipping to other countries is only available where it is displayed during checkout. Peptide Point reserves the right to reject or cancel orders if delivery to the specified address is not possible for legal, logistical, tax-related, or other reasons.

2. B2B-only notice

Peptide Point sells exclusively to businesses, research institutions, laboratories, commercial purchasers, and other suitable institutions. We do not sell to consumers or private individuals.

Orders may be reviewed before shipment. Peptide Point reserves the right to request evidence of business status, institutional affiliation, a valid VAT identification number, or the intended research purpose.

3. Shipping costs within Germany

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 for deliveries within Germany.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders with a value of €65.00 or more.

The estimated delivery time within Germany is generally 3–5 business days following receipt of payment and successful order verification.

4. Shipping costs within the EU

We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.99 for deliveries to approved EU countries.

Shipping to approved EU countries is free for orders with a value of €119.00 or more.

The estimated delivery time for EU shipments is generally 5–8 business days following receipt of payment and successful order verification.

The EU countries currently served are those available as shipping countries during checkout. If a country is not available during checkout, we do not currently ship there.

5. Shipping providers

Depending on availability and the delivery address, orders are shipped using suitable shipping providers, in particular DHL or comparable parcel services.

6. Processing time and receipt of payment

Orders are generally processed only after payment has been received and the order has been successfully reviewed.

For payments by bank transfer, processing may be delayed depending on bank processing times. Please enter the stated payment reference or order number as the payment reference so that we can allocate your payment more quickly.

7. Shipping confirmation and tracking

Where available, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email after the order has been dispatched.

8. Acceptance and inspection of the delivery

The customer is required to inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness, transport damage, and obvious defects.

Transport damage, missing quantities, or incorrectly delivered items must be reported without delay by email to support@peptide-point.de. Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and affected products.

9. Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect it, additional shipping or return costs may be charged to the customer.

10. EU B2B orders and VAT

Orders from other EU countries may require additional tax verification. In particular, Peptide Point may request a valid VAT identification number and further proof of business status.

Orders without verifiable business information or suitable B2B evidence may be reviewed, placed on hold, or cancelled before shipment.

11. Research-only notice

All Peptide Point products and content are intended exclusively for research, analytical, and laboratory purposes. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
