Bis zum Beginn unserer Versandvorbereitung kannst du deine Vorbestellung kostenlos stornieren und erhältst den gezahlten Betrag vollständig zurück.

Bitte nutze das Kontaktformular unten und schreibe in die Nachricht:
• Bestellnummer (z. B. #PP-1234)
• E-Mail-Adresse der Bestellung
• Produkt und gewünschte Menge zur Stornierung
• Grund der Stornierung (optional)

Wir prüfen die Anfrage anhand der Bestelldaten und bestätigen die Stornierung und Rückerstattung per E-Mail. Bitte sende keine Zahlungs- oder Bankdaten.

Sobald die Versandvorbereitung begonnen hat, ist eine freiwillige Stornierung ausgeschlossen. Gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt.

CANCEL A PRE-ORDER

You may cancel your pre-order free of charge until our dispatch preparation begins and will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Please use the contact form below and include in your message:
• Order number (for example #PP-1234)
• Email address used for the order
• Product and quantity you wish to cancel
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will verify the request against the order details and confirm the cancellation and refund by email. Please do not send payment or bank details.

Once dispatch preparation has begun, voluntary cancellation is excluded. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
